Plasticizer
Plasticizer is a material added to plastics, including PVC, to enhance flexibility and other various physical properties, and are used in wallpapers, floor materials, electric cables, artificial leathers, etc.
DOP
- General purpose (for various purposes): Flexible sheet, tarpaulin, urethane additives, stabilizer, etc.
- TOTM
- Electric cable compounds (that require especially high heat resistance), high pressure hoses, medical blood bags, etc.
- DINP
- General purpose (for various purposes): Flexible sheet, electric cable compounds, automotive sealers, tarpaulins, hoses, etc.
- NEO-T (DOTP)
- General purpose (used for various purposes): Sheet, flooring materials, artificial leather, gasket, etc.
APPLICATION:
Polyurethane (PU)
APPLICATION:
- Polyurethane
PU is made by mixing a Polyol with a different diisocyanate, e.g.
Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) or Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) with
other chemical and additives to produce materials that can be used in
furniture/bedding, construction, insulation, automotive and CASE
(coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers).
- Isocyanate- diphenylmethane
diisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI)
- Polyol
Caustic Soda
Caustic soda flake, chemically known as sodium hydroxide
(NaOH), is a versatile compound widely used in industrial processes. It appears
as white flakes, easily soluble in water, and releases heat during dissolution.
- Caustic
soda flakes are indispensable across diverse sectors:
- Paper
and Pulp: Used for pulping and bleaching.
- Textiles: Essential
for dyeing and fabric treatment.
- Soap
Manufacturing: A primary ingredient in soap and detergent
production.
- Water
Treatment: Neutralizes acidity and purifies water.
- Food
Processing: Aids in peeling and chemical processing of certain
foods.
